Who We Are

We are a group of 30 committed educators based in 6 branches across New Zealand who are passionate about supporting students who struggle with their learning.

Our tutors are all specially trained to provide robust structured literacy  programmes which we then work through to support students to fill in identified gaps.

Every one of our tutors are chosen to be part of our team due to their encouraging and empathetic natures, qaulifications/skill sets and experience, their passion for education and their desire to collaborate with schools and families to support our young people. They also all have great enthusiasm for teaching structured literacy - as this is how evidence and research says struggling learners best learn.

All members of our team were involved in the process of creating our vision and deciding on the values that we feel best describe Learning Support. We believe that our vision and values encompass who we are as people, educators, and what we feel is vital for successful intervention to take place. These values are at the forefront of decisions we make. We want to share our vision and values with you so you can get a better idea of who we are and what we are about.
